Yes, you can earn when you have enough traffic,means visitors to your site.Buying….Yes even traffic is sold at some cost,but i would say buying traffic is not such worth as you earn from yours site content.When you write good articles,people will come and traffic will be increased.As traffic increases , Your earnings increase.

After buying a domain, you should park your domain with the option available in your cpanel of googiehost.And then update NAMESERVERS of your domain point towards your googiehost.NAMESERVERS are server links that will be mailed to your registered email.You can simply goto the cpanel of Bigrock or Godaddy and find and option to UPDATE NAMESERVERS.

Installing WordPress:

Once pointing is done just goto cpanel of your hosting account anf find an option

Just click that option and find WordPress in it and install WordPress..and keep in mind to install WordPress in public_html/

It will actually creates a folder Wp and installs in it.So be conscious. Quickly add a username and password.That’s all ,you have installed WordPress .You will get details via email.
